Q: I chose to pick up my order instead of have it shipped, where can I pickup at?

A: Pickups can be made after you receive an email from Appalachian Screen Printing confirming your order is complete. These can be picked up at 111 Lebanon Ln, Beckley, WV 25801. Store hours are M-F 9am-5pm.

Q:  I need to make a return how do I go about this?

A:  Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and in re-sellable condition. You may ship back to us or you may return in person at 111 Lebanon Ln, Beckley, WV 25801. Return policy below in footer. With these shirts being on a 3 week cycle we are relaxed with our 30 day policy. Simply contact us about returns and we will do what we can to get you what you need.

Q: My card declined but I know it's good, what happened?

A: Make sure that your billing zip code matches the zip code associated with your card. If not the sale may decline. If you have further issues you may email us to assist you at Sales@AppalachianScreenPrinting.com

Q: I ordered my t-shirt some time ago but still haven't recieved shipping confirmation, why not?

A: Shirts will be shipped on a three-week cycle, so please allow time after your order is placed for the cycle to end and shirts to be printed and shipped.
